HUNKØN is a casual and playful Copenhagen based clothing brand with an eclectic mix of sculptural Japanese style and Scandinavian minimalism.
The two designers, Anne Schøler & Trine Keseric, started it all in a small basement in Copenhagen back in 2015. The joint vision of creating beautiful designs with colourful signature prints was combined, and together they created HUNKØN. Over the years, they have distinguished themselves by creating a fashion brand, which has been dubbed ‘one of the most interesting and bold fashion brands in the Nordics’. They are truly first movers when it comes to playing with shapes, colours and creativity.
At Hunkøn, design, ethics and high quality go hand in hand. We strive to produce clothing that makes a modest impression on the environment and has a positive social impact on the countries we work with. We assist our partners with advice and guidance to improve working conditions for everyone who works with producing Hunkøn designs.
As a fashion brand, we are constantly focused on improving the materials we use in our designs, as well as improving the standard of our suppliers. We work closely with our partners and emphasize having a close and trusting working relationship. The dialogue on how we can best adapt to more sustainable materials and reduce the use of harmful chemicals in production is ongoing.
