1. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Items purchased on the site can be shipped all around the world.
Delivery to other countries is possible by contacting our Customer Service at Info@themodushop.com
International orders: You may be subject to tax or duty pursuant for imported goods upon arrival. Please check with your local customs office for duty and tax requirements. UPDATE: Due to Covid-19, we are seeing delays for international deliveries. Please consult with us via email at email@example.com prior to submitting international delivery orders.
Notably for security reasons, The Modu Shop shall not process any order for which a general delivery address, a P.O. box, or a Cedex address has been provided.
The items will be shipped to the delivery address specified when placing your order.
Shipping will be calculated and automatically added to your order at check out. Free shipping is available for all purchases of over 150 euros within Luxembourg and EU.
Your order will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the receipt of your full payment. Alternatively, you may self pick up at our Shop at 3 Cote d'Eich, L-1450 in Luxembourg City.
Need your purchase right away? We offer free same day delivery for purchases over 350 euros within 10 miles of Luxembourg City. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for same day delivery availability. Note, the order must be made before 12:00 pm to ensure same day delivery. Delivery time will be between 18:00 - 20:00 pm unless otherwise agreed upon.
For all other deliveries feel free to contact us for a delivery quote.
2. DELIVERY PROBLEMS
The Modu Shop shall not be held liable in the event of late delivery for any reason and Clients shall not be entitled to compensation from The Modu Shop.
If you wish to request a different shipping option feel free to contact us at email@example.com. If you specifically request an uninsured shipping option we decline any responsibility for lost or broken items and will be unable to issue refunds in this situation. If your order has been lost or damaged in transit or you wish to make a return please consult our return policy on how to proceed.
The Client must check the packaging and ensure the items are in good condition before signing the delivery slip.
Any issues or damage arising from shipping, such as damaged or missing items, must be noted on the delivery slip before being signed by the Client.
If a claim is not made within the 14 calendar day limit, the item(s) delivered shall be considered as being in good condition and accepted by the Client.
No damaged or defective item may be exchanged before it is returned to and processed by The Modu Shop, in the same condition in which it was delivered by the carrier and in its original packaging
The Client should contact the Customer Service on our contact form page or directly at firstname.lastname@example.org if the goods do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them. You return them or ask for an exchange or a refund within 14 calendar days pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the Returns, Exchanges and Refunds tab.
