Founder, Josephine Coelembier, grew up in a family of ceramics.  Her family's company specialises in colourful ceramic animals, called Pomme-Pidou.  Inspired by her new home surroundings of Valencia, Spain, Josephine had the mission to bring a ray of Spanish sunshine into her home and the home of others.  She started drawing and painting the first prototypes and now fast forward to 2022, Que Rico was born. 

Que Rico's aim is to bring a ray of sunshine into your home with thoughtfully designed items. They are to be enjoyed for a lifetime thanks to their aesthetic, carefully selected materials and functional qualities. Producing in small batches and only work via preorders,  editions are limited and that there is no deadstock.  All pieces are hand painted by their talented craftsmen, which includes opting for a natural type of paint, creating planet-friendly packaging.
