Founder, Amalie Røge Hove, brings her own vision of knitwear to life, defined by an experimenting and intuitive way of working with traditional knitwear techniques. Instead of employing the cut-and-sew technique, her designs are directly knitted into shape, becoming one of the brand's design and production trademarks. Her pieces challenge our perception of shape and pushes our expectations of the materials and their behaviour.

In 2021 A. ROEGE HOVE won The Wessel & Vett Prize, Scandinavia’s most prestigious and independent award for fashion design. In 2023, Amalie was also awarded the Karl Lagerfield Award for Innovation at the International Woolmark Prize – one of the oldest and most respected global awards for emerging talents.
